I trained at GR Medical College in Gwalior and did my fellowship training from Venu Eye Institute New Delhi.

What are your areas of interest in Glaucoma?

My areas of special interest are glaucoma, laser assisted treatment of glaucoma and cataract surgery.

Why did you choose ophthalmology?

When I examined the retina for the first time ,I was intrigued by the anatomy of the optic nerve. It was the most beautiful view I had ever seen. This cemented my decision to become an ophthalmologist and finally a glaucoma specialist.

What do you do when you’re not at work?

I love gardening, yoga and reading
