SEC is a super-specialty eye care hospital, operating through its various treatment centers. SEC centers are equipped with state-of-art facilities and pioneer in providing specialized ophthalmic treatment and care maintaining highest standards of medical care and ethics.

All visitors to and users of our Website are advised to read and understand these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (collectively called “Terms”) carefully.

Most of our Services are freely available without any requirement for registering on the Website. Some Services such as making appointments, requiring location details for appointments can be availed free of cost, by registering with us on our Website or through your Social Media. There is no need to create any unique user id or password, and every time you want to avail these Services, you will be required to undergo a simple registration process.

Registering through Social Media? You may also register and sign-in using Social Media accounts, in which case these Terms along with terms of use and privacy policy of respective Social Media shall also be applicable to you. Further, we shall not be responsible for any kind of transmission, publication of any of your information on any such Social Media.

The present Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. All disputes shall be decided by mediation under the aegis of Delhi High Court mediation center. If the parties fail to mediate within 3 months from the date of a dispute as notified by a party in writing to the other, the dispute shall be adjudicated by competent courts in Delhi.

Notwithstanding, if you are based in the European Union or EEA region while accessing or using the Website and/or Services, you shall have the right to seek remedies for breach of data protection and privacy norms as contained in the EU General Data Protection Regulations in your capacity as a data subject from the concerned supervisory authority. This right is only limited for disputes relating to data protection and privacy, and for any other dispute regarding the Terms, you shall be covered by the dispute resolution process under the aegis of Delhi High Court as stated above.

In case of non-compliance of these Terms, we reserve the right to take necessary action including but not limiting to termination of the Terms, and appropriate legal actions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms will not be considered as waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses of these Terms will continue to be binding and remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the Website and the Services, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have with you.
