I am a Uvea specialist and a Medical Retina Specialist.

Where did you study?

I did my MBBS from Lady Hardinge College in Delhi & MS from the prestigious Maulana Azad Medical College in Delhi. After this I pursued a fellowship in Medical Retina & Uvea from the famous Sankara Nethralaya in Chennai.

What are your areas of interest in Uvea/ Retina?

Everything about the uvea interests me- uveitis..everything! In retina, I have a special interest in vascular diseases of the retina.

What inspired you to do ophthalmology?

Uvea clinic combines mysteries of the eye and the body. I love the challenge of putting the pieces of the puzzle together and solving it. Almost no two uvea cases are the same!

What do you do when you’re not at work?

I enjoy reading fiction and doing yoga.
