Community Ophthalmology

The Minoo Shroff Memorial Trust was founded in 2010 to extend help to the underprivileged sections of community. The Centre is also associated with nearby NGOs like the Delhi Commonwealth Women Association (DCWA) and the SAVERA association to promote Community Ophthalmology. Regular charity OPDs are conducted by our faculty and DNB students to treat these patients free of cost and necessary surgeries are also performed free of cost. Individual handling of patients at these OPDs helps the students learn the art of independent practice.
