Continuing Medical Education is an integral component of the various subspecialties functioning at Shroff Eye Centre. This centre has been recently recognized by the National board of Examinations to provide post-graduate training and develop clinical specialists with adequate current knowledge, skills and attitudes of ophthalmology leading to the degrees of Diplomate National Board (DNB). Since 2005, already 12 students have enrolled for the DNB programme of Shroff Eye Centre. A full-fledged library with the latest books and journals with online access are available for doctors, optometrists and students to keep abreast of the latest developments in their field of expertise.

Clinical meetings, lectures and seminars at the centre, as well as presentations abroad, are a regular feature. Shroff Eye Centre also hosts workshops and conferences on a larger scale on a bi-annual basis, which are attended by doctors from all over the country and the world. 5. Symposium on "Ocular Electro Diagnostics & Neuro-imaging" at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi on 21st August 2005.
6. Cornea Symposium on "Innovations that Transcend Convention - Newer Approaches to Old Problems from Dry Eye to Advanced Corneal Disorders" held at India International Centre, New Delhi on 28th January 2006.
7. Hosted presentation on "Results of Macugen in Wet Age-related Macular Degeneration" by Guest Speaker Dr. Rajiv Anand from Texas, USA at Shroff Eye Centre on 7th March 2006.
8. "Macula Centre for Excellence" inaugurated at Shroff Eye Centre on 22nd July 2006 followed by Symposium on Age-related Macular Degeneration on 23rd July 2006.
9. Orientation Programme on Choroidal Neovascularization at Shroff Eye Centre on 22nd April 2007.
10. Symposium on Uveitis & Ocular Inflammation on 31st August 2008.
11. "Current trends in ophthalmic care" a CME for general physicians was organized by Shroff Eye Centre Gurgaon at Radisson Suites, Gurgaon on 21st November 2009.
12. Symposium on Macular Disorders at Commercial Plaza, Radisson Suites, Gurgaon on 13th December 2009.
13. A CME "Current management of Retinal Disorders" was organized jointly by Novartis and Shroff Eye Centre Macula Centre of Excellence on 13th December 2009.
14. A symposium on Uveitis and ocular pathology chaired by Prof Narsing Rao was organized by Shroff Eye centre in New Delhi on 1st November 2010.

Dr. Noshir Shroff co-anchored a Live Video-Conference with Professor Jack Holladay, at the Annual Conference of Delhi Ophthalmological Society held on the 5 to 6th April 2003 at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi, and the topic being: "Next Generation IOL Meets Wavefront Technology - Quality of vision using The Modified Prolate IOL."
2. Live Surgery demonstration of Cataract & Refractive Surgery from Shroff Eye Centre - held on 6th April 2007 at Ashoka Hotel, New Delhi.
