Where did you study?

I completed my training from the well known Guru Nanak Eye Centre, Maulana Azad Medical College, in Delhi.

What are your areas of interest in Glaucoma?

Treatment of glaucoma, Interest in early detection of glaucoma

What inspired you to do ophthalmology?

Becoming an ophthalmologist was a dream come true. I realised that I was passionate about surgery and enjoyed spending my time in the minor OT as in intern where my colleagues at Harding’s were more than happy to have me while they handled the outpatient duties. Ophthalmology with its intricate microsurgery and immediate results attracted me. I think this job’s biggest perk is just the gratification of doing something really dramatic and helping restore sight and helping improve people’s life. And that’s essentially life changing service the field provides for people

Other Academic Achievements?

-Speaker in many state and national conferences. I also enjoy teaching medical students.
