Besides the main clinic and nursing home at Kailash Colony, Shroff
Eye Centre has a branch in the centre of the capital at Connaught
Place. This centre was established in 1972, housed in "Surya Kiran"
building at Kasturba Gandhi Marg, New Delhi. At that time it was
run by only one ophthalmologist, Dr. Minoo S. Shroff, and provided
OPD services in General Ophthalmology only. Today, it provides outpatient
services in various sub-specialties of ophthalmology including Cataract
& IOL, Cornea & Refractive Surgery, Retina & Vitreous, Squint &
Orthoptics, and Orbit & Oculoplasty. This centre may be more convenient
for patients staying in central or northern Delhi.
This branch only provides O.P.D. services; for any specialized
investigations, laser or surgical procedures, you will be referred
to the main centre in Kailash Colony. The same doctors from the
main clinic visit this branch, but on different days.
